Our client is a very established, yet still growing, Australian owned business located in INGLEBURN with nice offices and on-site parking.
This role is working Monday - Friday, ideally full time type hours, however there is the opportunity for some flexibility to work around either school start OR finish times to suit a working parent (if needed).
Responsibilities would include:
- Accurate data entry of orders
- Checking for errors in data
- Ability to pick up issues with data
- Liaising with customer service/IT/departments to resolve any issues
- Build a solid understanding of the system and how it works
- Monitor system interfaces to ensure all information is picked up accurately
- All associated admin
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA - Proven experience with order processing where you have keyed customer orders or product/stock type orders in the past.
You enjoy looking at systems and how they work to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You are comfortable working with systems such as Outlook, Excel etc and have experience using an ERP and/or inventory based system.
