Our client is a well-established, privately owned business in SMEATON GRANGE that sells their products to both national and international retailers.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team.
This is a key support role that will see you work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and maintenance of Buy Docs
- Work with suppliers to gather any required compliance information
- Update and maintain various spreadsheets and databases
- Respond to any queries for product information/sales data etc in a timely manner
- Run various reports
- Analyse reports
- Preparation of data for weekly stock meetings
- Action meeting points as required
- Coordinate new production samples
- Pack and send product samples to buyers, as requested
- Follow up with buyers to ensure receipt of samples
- Coordinate shipment of sample product for tradeshows
- General assistance to the sales team
- Other tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative, sales support, or sales/marketing administrator type role (prior FMCG experience would be highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and experience working in ERP type systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist across teams
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
This role is permanent full-time hours, located 100% within our client's offices in SMEATON GRANGE.
